First, start by thoroughly washing the coriander leaves.
Next, chop them roughly and keep them aside.
Now, peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves along with the green chilis.
After this, take a blender and add the chopped coriander leaves, garlic, and green chilis.
To this, add the lime juice and salt to taste.
Blend it for a few seconds.
Then add 3 to 4 tbsp of water and blend again until smooth and lump-free.
Take a taste test and add salt or lime juice if needed.
When done, transfer it into a bowl and sprinkle some chaat masala. Mix everything nicely.
