Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Coriander leaves or Cilantro; roughly chopped
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic
  • 4-5 Green Chilis or according to heat tolerance
  • 3 tsp Lime Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tbsp Water
  • Chaat Masala

Instructions
 

  • First, start by thoroughly washing the coriander leaves.
  • Next, chop them roughly and keep them aside.
  • Now, peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves along with the green chilis.
  • After this, take a blender and add the chopped coriander leaves, garlic, and green chilis.
  • To this, add the lime juice and salt to taste.
  • Blend it for a few seconds.
  • Then add 3 to 4 tbsp of water and blend again until smooth and lump-free.
  • Take a taste test and add salt or lime juice if needed.
  • When done, transfer it into a bowl and sprinkle some chaat masala. Mix everything nicely.
