Equipment

  • 1 Mixer Grinder

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Coriander leaves or Cilantro; roughly chopped
  • 5-6 cloves Garlic
  • 4-5 Green Chilis or according to heat tolerance
  • 3 tsp Lime Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 3-4 tbsp Water
  • Chaat Masala

Instructions
 

  • First, start by thoroughly washing the coriander leaves.
  • Next, chop them roughly and keep them aside.
  • Now, peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves along with the green chilis.
  • After this, take a blender and add the chopped coriander leaves, garlic, and green chilis.
  • To this, add the lime juice and salt to taste.
  • Blend it for a few seconds.
  • Then add 3 to 4 tbsp of water and blend again until smooth and lump-free.
  • Take a taste test and add salt or lime juice if needed.
  • When done, transfer it into a bowl and sprinkle some chaat masala. Mix everything nicely.

Voila! The luscious green Dhone Pata’r Chutney is ready to be served. Pair it with paneer pakora, chicken cutlets, or samosas, or dip any snack of choice in it.

Store it in a sterilized container, cover it, then place it in the fridge to store it for a few days.
