Chinir Porota Recipe | How To Make Sugar Paratha At Home

Chini r Porota

Chini r Paratha or Meetha Paratha is a nice recipe that I remember loving since childhood. It is a type of paratha that is stuffed with chini or sugar. It then melts inside and caramelizes to create a yummy dish.

Various other parathas are there, but this one feels special. It is like a dessert but is eaten as a snack with tea or maybe a hot cup of black coffee. The sweetness savor and bitterness go well together. It is a little crispy from the top. Fold it like a roll, take a bite of the Sugar paratha, and then a sip of the coffee. It is unbelievably scrumptious. Try making this and share it with all.

Let us look through the list of ingredients and the process to make it.
